We hope you love your Mrs. Alice order. However, if your purchase isn’t suitable, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days.

Please Note:

• Goods must be in suitable packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.
• Customers must request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order.
• We are unable to cover shipping costs for returns; a label will be generated for you within our portal, and deducted from your total refund amount.
• Personalised items, custom-printed fabrics, and wallpapers are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• If you need assistance with damages or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
