USA Shipping 🇺🇸

USA orders now come direct from our new USA Warehouse*. We're delighted this means lower shipping for US customers and no duty costs. New shipping rates are site-wide & usually the most you'll pay is $40 for Fedex Ground Service service (excluding certain larger furniture pieces).

We also have a FedEx 2 day service. Please note that our processing time is separate from the expected delivery transit time.

UK orders come from our original UK Warehouse in Cambridgeshire.
All fabric samples are free delivery.

We offer DPD who typically delivery next working day once your order is dispatched. DPD has a fully tracked one-hour window service. Download their app to track your driver or give specific instructions on where to leave your parcel.

European Union Shipping 🇪🇺

We know that some of the changes since Brexit have made deliveries to and from the UK more complicated and costly for some businesses.

At Mrs. Alice, we've been working hard to make sure you don't experience any of these hidden fees or unexpected delays. Until further notice we'll be paying all taxes, duties & customs-related costs for our EU customers.

No hidden costs and no paperwork to delay your order.

In addition to this, to keep our shipping rates highly competitive we will be offering a DHL Economy service to the EU starting from just £18 with all duties, taxes & customs fees included in this price.

Orders outside of the EU (including any EEA countries) may be subjected to Import Duties & possible Sales Taxes at the point of entry. These charges are the purchaser's liability and must be paid by the purchaser.
